Every G-SHOCK watch comes with a two-year warranty as a matter of course. To have your G-SHOCK repaired, just contact us via the hotline +49 (0) 40 - 528 65 802 or the contact form.

Extended warranty and service provisions

Three-year warranty

We are confident in our brand — that is why we provide a three-year warranty for all G-SHOCK models in the MT-G and MR-G collections. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim within three years of purchase, our support team and our dealers will ensure a swift repair process — completely free of charge.

Additional services

Replacement of defective parts, water leak test, as well as cleaning the watch: Our repair and maintenance program will bring your G-SHOCK back to full health – even outside of the warranty period.

Repair and care programme

Is your G-SHOCK (for G-SHOCK models in the MT-G and MR-G collections) no longer within the warranty period? Has rigorous everyday wear nevertheless left your watch damaged or in need of care? In either case, we offer a repair and care programme subject to a charge.

Repairs

Our comprehensive repair service includes the following service options where necessary:
  • replacement of defective parts
  • battery replacement
  • water leak test and if necessary restoration of the water seal
  • cleaning/optical work on the watch
  • housing/strap replacement
  • final function test

Which models come with a two-year warranty?
As you would expect, all CASIO watches come with a two-year warranty. The models in the MT-G and MR-G G-SHOCK collections even have a three-year warranty.
For which models does CASIO provide a three-year warranty?
All models in the G-SHOCK collections MT-G and MR-G have a three-year warranty.
In which countries is the three-year warranty valid?
Models in the MT-G and MR-G G-SHOCK collections with a three-year warranty must have been purchased in one of the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.

What steps do I need to take to get my G-SHOCK repaired?

How long does a repair take?
It currently takes an average of five working days for us to perform a repair. 1-2 extra days should be added for delivery both to and from our facility.
The extended repair and care programme (only for models in the MT-G and MR-G collection) currently takes an average of 5-10 working days due to the thorough testing processes. In addition, you will need to allow one to two days each way for transport and return shipment.
How much does a repair cost?
